Summary of Chinese Teaching Work in a Year
Since taking up my current post, I have been teaching high fifteen classes of Chinese. In teaching, some achievements have been made. My teaching experience is: double unity in teaching and educating, solidly grasping the two bases, absorbing advanced education methods, and making students fly. It is summarized as follows:
I. Unification of Teaching and Education
A teacher should not only teach, but also teach. In the teaching of a language teacher, it is even more important to achieve unity of literacy and morality. In Chinese teaching, I paid full attention to this problem.
In the text teaching, I try to combine the students 'ideological reality with the text as much as possible to improve students' ideological and political awareness and patriotism. For example, when teaching "For the Brothers of the Sixty-One Class", I inspired students to care for each other, work together in solidarity, and have difficulties on one side and support from all sides. Originally, at the beginning of the school, some students with good grades complained that they couldn't keep up with work, while students with poor grades thought that progress was too fast, and blamed them for looking down on them. After studying this lesson, they understand the principle that people should help each other and care for each other. I hit the iron while I was hot, so that those with good grades would each tutor a poor grade. This formed a situation of mutual help and learning, and the poor students were very satisfied with it. When it is called "Lian Po's Bixiang Xiangbi Biography", students are encouraged to focus on national interests, and personal interests should be subordinated to national interests. When called "Persuasion", he pointed out the importance of learning in order to persuade students to learn in the society.
At the same time, understand and care about students in teaching. Student Guo Jianguo had poor grades and poor writing, and he almost lost confidence in Chinese. I talked to him five times before and three home visits, so that he let go of his burden of thinking and straightened his learning attitude. After that, he insisted on keeping a diary every day, and at least once every week. In class, I consciously urged him to ask questions and answer questions. In the second half of the semester, the student's language improved rapidly and his writing was much better. The final exam score ranked ninth in the class.
In the Chinese textbooks, heroes and heroes who are not patriotic and worrying about the people are good examples of educating students. Their deeds are good materials for educating students. In teaching, I make full use of all opportunities to inspire students to love the motherland and the people, to stimulate their patriotism, to correct their thinking, and to help them set up correct learning goals.
Second, firmly grasp the "double base"
Since I taught Chinese, I have paid more attention to the "double-base" teaching. The key to a student's performance is to master the "double base".
As a result of the conversion of farmers to non-agricultural institutions, schools are flooding with a large number of students. These students can do other knowledge, but Pinyin is not good, and Mandarin is not good. This creates a language barrier between teachers and students, and between students. I used Saturday afternoon and Sunday to work overtime to give these students tuition and train their Mandarin. After a few weeks, their Chinese Pinyin has improved a lot, and most students are basically able to answer questions and read texts in Mandarin.
I found in the teaching that students study texts and pay little attention to text annotations. In fact, most of the annotations belong to the basic knowledge of the text. So, I took an exam with notes as the content. As a result, only 7 people passed the class. When analyzing the test papers, I pointed out the importance of looking at notes, and students should not despise the notes of the text. The second test was annotated as the content. This time only five people failed, and the other students did well.
The basics of learning Chinese optics are not enough, and the basics must be transformed into skills. In teaching, I also attach great importance to the training of students' skills. Such as understanding of complex single sentences, analysis of complex sentences and sentence groups, mastery and practice of various styles, and so on. After I taught the students some knowledge of metrical poems, I shuffled the order of Du Fu's Ascendant to allow the students to reorganize. Most of the students were able to use the rhythm of the seven rhythms to properly straighten out this metrical poem.
In Chinese teaching, the most difficult thing for students is composition. The composition is a concentrated expression of "double base". Therefore, I pay more attention to composition teaching. The texts are organized into units according to a certain genre. After teaching each unit, I have to assign students to write at least one article of the same genre. In principle, a small composition for one week and a large composition for two Mondays. The essay was carefully revised. Solve one or two questions each time.
Due to the emphasis on double-base teaching, students' performance has improved significantly. The passing rate of the exam is 100%, and the excellent rate is more than 35%.
3. Learn from advanced teaching methods
"Ask the channel to be as clear as water, for the source of living water." The teacher's bucket of water to water the flowers, over time, there will be a day of exhaustion.
To keep a bucket full of water, all you have to do is find a source of living water. In Chinese teaching, I pay attention to drawing on advanced education methods to enrich and improve myself. I was inspired by attending a seminar held by the National Chinese Language Association in Dayong and listening to many famous experts' experiences and demonstration teaching. Especially the two demonstration lessons of the well-known education reformer Wei Shusheng made me refreshing. When I returned, I tried to use it in teaching, and the students were very interested. In the composition teaching, I changed the "composition teaching triple jump" published in the Chinese magazine to the "composition teaching trilogy" suitable for the current situation of my class. That is to imitate the model texts of Chinese textbooks. The first step is to look like, to master the style of the model. The second step is to look like, that is, to use the form of the text to express the determined central idea. The third step is to "reborn." After students have mastered a certain genre, they can organize materials to express themselves arbitrarily, form their own style of writing, and achieve the purpose of turning books into their own abilities. Participating in the Unified School Examination in 1991, the average score of students' composition was above 80, and it was obvious that the writing level had improved significantly.
Fourth, make students fly with wings
The diligent teaching of the teacher is like putting wings on the knowledge of the students. The greatest happiness of a teacher is that the student surpasses himself.
Teaching in recent years, despite some achievements, is insignificant. In teaching, there are still such shortcomings. For example: students' opinions are rarely sought; full attention has not been devoted to teaching. In future teaching, I will carry forward the advantages and correct the disadvantages. Improve Chinese teaching methods, prepare lessons carefully, and teach carefully, add beautiful feathers to the wings of students and let them soar above the blue sky. This is my wish!
